VOCE É SEU ÚNICO AMIGO!
JB Xavier

Isto é o início do fim!

YOU ARE YOUR ONLY FRIEND!

JB Xavier

No matter how many friends you have. The vast majority of them are just colleagues. And the few friends that remain, many of them will not have breath to go with you until the end, when the end means a really big problem that you have.

It is very easy to confuse friends with colleagues. Let it be clear: colleagues are friends with whom you can not trust completely. These are the people whose relationship with you is superficial, no matter how seemingly profound or how dedicated they seem.
Generally you only know who is colleague and who is a friend, by most painful way, that is when the colleague abandon you at a time when you really need him.

The friends usually go farther with us, and generally they support us in our falls. But even they have a limit, beyond which, they also move away. So the title of this article seems to be an indisputable fact.

In a word: Colleagues are involvements. Friends are compromises!

So you must be the best friend of yourself, and never, absolutely never you should be just a simple  mate of yourself. This would be a danger, because there may come a time in your life when, looking around, you find just yourself to help you. Now, listen to me: only one thing can save you: The commitment you have for yourself and to your principles. If this compromise does not exist or if it is weak - which is the same thing - you will eventually lose their own references and will have mercy on yourself. This is the beginning of the end!

Ungrateful? No!. You must to think the people have their own lives and their own problems to solve too. Do not ask them to stand by their side. Who really stay with you, do not need to be questioned. A person only will stay with you if  it think that you deserve it and if feel that you are also helping yourself. Nobody stands beside whom abandons himself. You need to keep the flame of hope, even if everything is darkness ahead, because is this tenuous flame, that will brighten any possible exit of the maze.
It is very common that people become accustomed to receiving words of encouragement from parents, "friends" and others that you want as well. However, there comes a time when you will be really alone. It's the moment of truth. This is the time when you will be tested and forced to seek strength in the only friend that you really have: Yourself! Depending on how you were trained for life, this one's real friend will tell you that there is no complex problems, what exists is the meeting of small problems, and that each, in its time, lit a yellow light in your life, that you, for some reason ignored. Maybe this friend also say that there is no desperate situations, what really exist are people who despair before some situations. And if you truly have cultivated your only friend, he certainly will tell you that happiness always been near you. It was you that  lost the ability to see it, and, of course, he will explain you that this happened because you probably prefered  "to have", not "to be"".

Your best friend will tell you that just as the major problems are the result of the meeting of small problems, so the great victories are the result of small successes. He will also say that each small success should be celebrated because it is these small parties that will provide optimism to move forward toward the big win.
So be very careful with friends and colleagues. For more dedicated they are to you, never replace your best friend by them. In your best and only friend - yourself - you can always trust!
